Honestly, the thing that makes me the craziest is the missionaries. You've made good points about not bringing up the CES letter or anything that could be called "anti-mormon. Love the man you are going to marry- warts and all he loves yours as well. I will be marrying my doctor boyfriend soon, and I have to say, I have never been more lonely. I do feel some of the pressure lifting off me in that I can start doing things for myself. Every school events, social gathering, especially weekend calls is making me sad. I'm the wife of an intern and we try to make a night each week to go do something, just the two of us. In the Garden of Eden, Eve may have introduced sin into the world, but ultimately her actions worked out for good because it allowed all of us to be born and tested in this telestial state. Seems some lonely trolls out there too based on above commentor.
How many chances will a girl have to find such a wonderful husband candidate. I guess I can understand that because his door needs to be locked from the outside and it would be too soon in our relationship to give me a key. I would NOT want my daughter or son to marry a doctor. He's been in the medical field for over 16yrs and I didn't have a problem when we were dating 6yrs ago but since he proposed 2yrs ago I've been feeling very unsecured. Also, they are encouraged to date in groups and not pair off alone, so if your date insists on the same, then agree politely. What my boyfriend and I used to do when we were long distance is write really, crazy long emails to each other almost as long as my blog posts. Someone or something always has his attention and focus. But daytime game is the key. Stopped answering texts and calls, refused to give me my belongings that he moved up to the new place, and not to mention he broke up with me over the phone after all of those years.
